Your Order
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we will email a confirmation to the address you provided at checkout. This email includes your order number and a summary of your purchase.
This confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when it ships, and we will send you a second email at that point.
Until your order ships, you can contact Client Services to cancel it and receive a full refund. After it ships, returns are handled under our return policy.
For limited releases, we may limit the quantity per order or per customer.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact Client Services.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Central Time are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
During launches and sales, processing may take longer. If that happens, we will let you know by email.
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
You can change or cancel an order as long as it has not been packed or shipped. Contact Client Services as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Checking Your Order Status
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking can take one business day to update.
If you need help, contact Client Services with your order number and we will send you the latest update.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Payments are processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
You must follow the terms of any third-party payment provider you use. If you have a dispute about how your payment was processed, please resolve it directly with that provider. You authorize us to charge the total of your order to the payment method you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to use it.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Information
Orders ship from Houston, TX. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Tracking can take one business day to update. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, because it cannot be changed after your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout, based on your address and the shipping method you choose.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. When we do, the details and end date are announced on our website or by email.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order has been returned to the sender?
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, contact Client Services and we will help you. Reshipping costs may apply.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and have the original tags. Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, contact Client Services with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear.
